3. Service Delivery and Order Processing

3.1. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time for each service will be specified within your Customer’s Area. In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you within two (2) calendar days. If a delay exceeds ten (10) calendar days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, as outlined in our refund policy.

3.2. Payment Terms

  • Services are provided on a prepayment basis.
  • Payments can be made via PayPal, Wire Transfer, ACH Transfer, or any other agreed payment method.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all transactions will be processed in USD.

3.3. Partial Deliveries and Balance Management

If an order includes multiple Service Outputs, we may deliver them in phases (“Partial Deliveries”). Any remaining services from an order (“Balance”) must be used within one (1) year of the initial payment. Unused Balance after this period will be forfeited.

4. Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • If the service delivery is delayed by more than 10 calendar days beyond the agreed timeframe.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the service due to the unavailability of suitable websites for link placement or technical constraints.
  • Refunds will only apply to undelivered Service Outputs and will be processed according to our internal refund policies.
